LUCIDO AUTO DETAILING

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Last Updated: August 10, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Lucido Auto Detailing website, including any pages, forms, estimate tools, scheduling functions, booking systems, review features, communications, and other services made available through the website (collectively, the “Website”).

These Terms also establish certain rules, rights, responsibilities, restrictions, and limitations applicable to users of the Website.

The terms “Lucido,” “Lucido Auto Detailing,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Lucido Auto Detail, doing business as Lucido Auto Detailing.

The terms “you,” “your,” “customer,” and “user” refer to any individual who accesses or uses the Website.

By accessing or using the Website, requesting an estimate, submitting information, scheduling an appointment, creating a booking, or otherwise using Website features that expressly require acceptance of these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Website or submit a booking through it.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Website features that create contractual obligations.

If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the Website only with the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

By submitting an appointment request or authorizing work on a vehicle, you represent that:

  • You are legally authorized to make decisions concerning the vehicle;
  • You are the vehicle owner or have permission from the vehicle owner to authorize the requested service;
  • The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge; and
  • You have authority to enter into any agreement created through the Website.

2. PURPOSE OF THE WEBSITE

The Website is intended to provide information about Lucido Auto Detailing and may allow customers to:

  • Learn about Lucido services;
  • Review service descriptions and starting prices;
  • Obtain preliminary service estimates;
  • Provide vehicle information;
  • Identify vehicle condition factors;
  • Provide a service location;
  • Upload photographs where available;
  • Request or schedule appointments;
  • Submit reviews;
  • Communicate with Lucido;
  • Review business policies; and
  • Access other features we may introduce.

The Website does not guarantee that every service displayed will always be available.

We may change, add, suspend, or remove Website features when reasonably necessary for business, security, maintenance, operational, or legal reasons.

3. WEBSITE INFORMATION

Lucido makes reasonable efforts to keep information displayed on the Website accurate and current.

However, the Website may occasionally contain:

  • Typographical errors;
  • Technical errors;
  • Incorrect vehicle classifications;
  • Outdated information;
  • Temporary pricing display errors;
  • Scheduling errors;
  • Availability discrepancies;
  • Address-database inaccuracies; or
  • Other unintended mistakes.

If an obvious technical or pricing error occurs, Lucido reserves the right to correct the error before the affected transaction or service is completed, subject to applicable law.

We will not knowingly use an error to charge a customer an amount the customer did not authorize.

4. SERVICES AND SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS

Lucido currently offers mobile automotive detailing services that may include interior detailing, exterior detailing, or combined packages.

Service descriptions on the Website describe the general scope of each package.

Exact results and required work may vary based on factors including:

  • Vehicle size;
  • Vehicle design;
  • Vehicle materials;
  • Vehicle age;
  • Amount of dirt or contamination;
  • Pet hair;
  • Sand;
  • Stains;
  • Odors;
  • Spills;
  • Excessive debris;
  • Biological contamination;
  • Paint condition;
  • Interior condition;
  • Previous damage;
  • Aftermarket modifications;
  • Accessibility; and
  • Other conditions that reasonably affect the work required.

A service description is not a guarantee that every stain, scratch, odor, defect, or condition can be completely removed or restored.

5. WEBSITE ESTIMATES

Prices generated through the Website are estimates unless expressly identified as final prices.

Website estimates are based substantially on information provided by the customer and information available to Lucido before physically inspecting the vehicle.

An estimate may depend on:

  • Vehicle year;
  • Vehicle make;
  • Vehicle model;
  • Vehicle category;
  • Selected service;
  • Reported condition;
  • Selected condition factors;
  • Service location;
  • Travel requirements; and
  • Other information submitted by the customer.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information.

An estimate may change if the actual vehicle condition, vehicle classification, service location, requested work, or other material circumstances differ from the information originally provided.

Lucido will not perform additional chargeable work beyond the agreed scope without first obtaining customer approval when such approval is reasonably required.

6. AUTOMATIC VEHICLE CLASSIFICATION

The Website may automatically classify vehicles into pricing categories based on available vehicle information.

Automatic classification is provided for convenience and may not always correctly account for unusual body styles, modified vehicles, specialty vehicles, commercial vehicles, or database inaccuracies.

If you believe the Website has incorrectly classified your vehicle, you should notify Lucido before confirming the service.

Lucido reserves the right to correct an objectively inaccurate vehicle classification before service begins.

Any resulting price adjustment must be disclosed to the customer before additional charges are authorized.

7. VEHICLE CONDITION INFORMATION

Customers must provide materially accurate information regarding the condition of the vehicle when requesting an estimate or booking a service.

This includes condition factors requested through the Website.

Failure to disclose significant vehicle conditions may result in:

  • Additional time being required;
  • A revised estimate;
  • A recommendation for additional services;
  • Rescheduling;
  • Refusal of unsafe work; or
  • Cancellation of a service that cannot reasonably be completed under the original appointment conditions.

Any additional charge requiring customer authorization will be communicated before the additional work is performed.

8. APPOINTMENT REQUESTS AND BOOKINGS

Submitting an appointment through the Website does not necessarily guarantee that Lucido can perform the service unless the Website or Lucido expressly confirms the appointment.

A booking may be subject to:

  • Schedule availability;
  • Service area;
  • Travel requirements;
  • Weather;
  • Staffing;
  • Equipment availability;
  • Customer-provided information;
  • Vehicle condition; and
  • Other operational considerations.

Lucido may contact the customer if clarification is required.

Customers are responsible for reviewing appointment details before submission.

9. MOBILE SERVICE LOCATION

Lucido provides mobile detailing services and therefore requires an appropriate location in which the service can safely and lawfully be performed.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that:

  • Lucido has permission to work at the location;
  • The vehicle is reasonably accessible;
  • The location does not prohibit commercial vehicle-detailing activity;
  • Lucido personnel are not asked to work under unsafe conditions;
  • Any property access instructions are provided in advance; and
  • The customer has authority to authorize Lucido's presence at the location.

Lucido may refuse or discontinue work if the location is unsafe, unlawful, inaccessible, or materially unsuitable for the requested service.

10. TRAVEL AND SERVICE AREA

Lucido operates from its designated business base in Sterling, Virginia.

Lucido includes a one-way route of up to 45 miles from its Sterling business base. When the Website estimates that the one-way route exceeds 45 miles, a $25 trip charge applies. Travel time alone does not trigger this additional charge.

The Website calculates route mileage using the customer’s service address and third-party geographic or mapping information. The mileage shown during the estimate and booking process controls the initial travel-charge calculation.

A clearly erroneous geographic calculation may be corrected before service with notice to the customer.

11. PRICING

Prices displayed on the Website may vary depending on:

  • Selected service;
  • Vehicle category;
  • Vehicle condition;
  • Additional condition factors;
  • Travel requirements;
  • Additional approved work; and
  • Other disclosed pricing variables.

Any applicable charge should be disclosed before the customer is legally obligated to pay it.

Lucido reserves the right to change future pricing at any time.

A price change will not retroactively alter a previously confirmed agreement unless:

  • The customer changes the requested service;
  • Material information supplied by the customer was inaccurate;
  • The actual vehicle or service conditions materially differ from those represented;
  • The parties mutually agree to the change; or
  • Another lawful basis exists.

12. DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS

If Lucido introduces online deposits or payments, the amount due before the appointment will be clearly identified during checkout.

A payment may represent:

  • A reservation deposit;
  • Partial payment;
  • Full estimated payment; or
  • Another clearly disclosed payment arrangement.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, payment of an estimated amount does not eliminate the possibility of a customer-approved adjustment if the actual service circumstances differ materially from the original estimate.

Deposits will be credited toward the amount due for the applicable appointment unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customers will not be charged for additional services without authorization.

Payment processing may be provided by an independent third-party payment processor.

Lucido does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers, card security codes, or other sensitive card credentials on the Website when third-party hosted payment processing is used.

13. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Appointments are subject to Lucido’s separately disclosed Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.

The applicable policy may address:

  • Customer cancellations;
  • Customer rescheduling;
  • Late cancellations;
  • No-shows;
  • Late arrivals;
  • Refundability of deposits;
  • Weather-related cancellations;
  • Lucido-initiated cancellations; and
  • Circumstances outside either party’s reasonable control.

Where a cancellation policy materially affects a payment or deposit, customers should be given access to the applicable terms before completing the relevant payment.

14. WEATHER AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

Because Lucido provides mobile services, weather and environmental conditions may affect appointments.

Lucido may delay, reschedule, suspend, or cancel services because of conditions including:

  • Rain;
  • Snow;
  • Ice;
  • Lightning;
  • Extreme temperatures;
  • Severe weather warnings;
  • Excessive wind;
  • Unsafe road conditions;
  • Water restrictions;
  • Unsafe working conditions; or
  • Other circumstances reasonably affecting safety or service quality.

Lucido will make reasonable efforts to communicate material scheduling changes.

15. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES BEFORE SERVICE

Before an appointment, the customer is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate contact information;
  • Providing an accurate service address;
  • Making the vehicle accessible at the scheduled time;
  • Removing important personal belongings where reasonably possible;
  • Removing cash, jewelry, firearms, medication, documents, electronics, and other valuables;
  • Disclosing known hazards;
  • Disclosing significant mechanical or electrical issues that may affect service;
  • Informing Lucido of particularly fragile or damaged areas;
  • Providing any required property access; and
  • Obtaining permission for service at locations controlled by another person or organization.

Lucido is not responsible for the loss of undisclosed valuables left inside a vehicle except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. PRE-EXISTING VEHICLE CONDITIONS

Vehicles may contain pre-existing deterioration or damage that becomes more visible during or after cleaning.

Examples may include:

  • Scratches;
  • Paint defects;
  • Clear-coat failure;
  • Cracked leather;
  • Peeling coatings;
  • Torn fabric;
  • Loose trim;
  • Broken clips;
  • Damaged controls;
  • Cracked plastic;
  • Worn carpeting;
  • Failing adhesives;
  • Water damage;
  • Rust;
  • Oxidation;
  • Electrical defects;
  • Prior repairs; and
  • Other existing deterioration.

Where reasonably appropriate, Lucido may document visible vehicle conditions before beginning work.

The customer agrees to inform Lucido of known fragile, damaged, altered, or malfunctioning areas before service.

Nothing in these Terms releases Lucido from responsibility for damage that applicable law determines resulted from Lucido’s negligence, misconduct, or other legally actionable conduct.

17. SERVICE RESULTS

Automotive detailing improves vehicle cleanliness and appearance but cannot guarantee complete restoration of every surface.

Results depend on the material, condition, age, contamination, prior treatment, damage, and other characteristics of the vehicle.

Lucido does not guarantee complete removal of:

  • Permanent stains;
  • Deep scratches;
  • Etching;
  • Paint defects;
  • Long-term odors;
  • Mold damage;
  • Chemical damage;
  • Discoloration;
  • Fading;
  • Embedded contamination;
  • Permanent pet damage; or
  • Pre-existing deterioration.

Any specific guarantee expressly made in writing by Lucido will be governed by the terms of that guarantee.

18. USER ACCOUNTS

If Lucido later introduces customer accounts, customers will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate account information;
  • Protecting passwords and access credentials;
  • Restricting unauthorized access;
  • Promptly notifying Lucido of suspected unauthorized activity; and
  • Activities reasonably attributable to their account, subject to applicable law.

Lucido may suspend or restrict accounts involved in suspected fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, security threats, or material violations of these Terms.

19. ACCEPTABLE WEBSITE USE

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or its systems;
  • Circumvent security mechanisms;
  • Probe or test Website vulnerabilities without authorization;
  • Introduce malware, viruses, malicious scripts, or harmful software;
  • Interfere with Website operation;
  • Overload Website infrastructure intentionally;
  • Scrape or harvest customer information;
  • Impersonate another person;
  • Submit knowingly false information;
  • Make fraudulent bookings;
  • Use stolen payment information;
  • Manipulate pricing or booking calculations;
  • Attempt to exploit software defects;
  • Harass Lucido personnel or other users through Website features;
  • Submit unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or abusive material;
  • Infringe intellectual-property rights;
  • Upload content containing malware;
  • Use automated systems to abuse booking, review, or contact features; or
  • Use the Website in violation of applicable law.

Lucido may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Website, the business, or third parties.

20. REVIEWS AND USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT

The Website may permit customers to submit reviews, photographs, comments, or other content.

A review linked to a completed Lucido job may be published automatically after the Website’s safety, relevance, and authenticity screening accepts the submission. Advance manual approval by Lucido is not required.

By submitting content, you represent that:

  • You have the right to submit it;
  • It does not knowingly contain materially false statements presented as fact;
  • It does not violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights;
  • It does not contain unlawful material; and
  • Any individuals identifiable in submitted content have been handled in accordance with applicable law.

You retain ownership of content that you own.

By voluntarily submitting content for publication, you grant Lucido a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, format, and use that content in connection with the Website and Lucido’s business, advertising, and promotional activities, subject to applicable law and any separate consent requirements.

Lucido may moderate, reject, hide, or remove submitted content where reasonably necessary because it:

  • Violates these Terms;
  • Contains spam;
  • Contains personal or sensitive information;
  • Appears fraudulent;
  • Infringes rights;
  • Contains unlawful content;
  • Presents security concerns; or
  • Is unrelated to Lucido services.

Lucido will not remove a review merely because it is critical or assigns a low rating. Lucido retains a private removal control so inappropriate or rule-violating content can be taken down after publication.

Lucido will not require customers to provide positive reviews in exchange for services unless any incentive is clearly disclosed and lawful.

21. PHOTOGRAPHS OF CUSTOMER VEHICLES

Photographs submitted by customers for estimates are used for purposes reasonably connected with evaluating, providing, documenting, or supporting the requested service.

Lucido will not treat the submission of estimate photographs alone as automatic consent to use those photographs publicly for advertising.

Separate authorization should be obtained before customer-submitted or service photographs are used publicly where required or appropriate.

22. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its original content are owned by or licensed to Lucido.

This may include:

  • Lucido branding;
  • Logos;
  • Service names;
  • Text;
  • Website design;
  • Graphics;
  • Photographs;
  • Videos;
  • Icons;
  • Layouts;
  • Software elements;
  • Original marketing materials; and
  • Other proprietary content.

You may use the Website for ordinary personal and transactional purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, republish, commercially exploit, or falsely claim ownership of Lucido content except:

  • With written authorization;
  • As expressly permitted through a Website feature; or
  • Where applicable law otherwise permits such use.

Third-party names, logos, trademarks, and content remain the property of their respective owners.

23. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Website may rely on or link to third-party services, including services relating to:

  • Payment processing;
  • Maps;
  • Address lookup;
  • Vehicle information;
  • Email;
  • Hosting;
  • Analytics;
  • Scheduling;
  • Social media; and
  • Other technology providers.

Third-party services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Lucido does not control every aspect of third-party systems and cannot guarantee that third-party services will always remain available, accurate, or error-free.

Use of a third-party service may therefore also be subject to that provider’s terms.

24. EXTERNAL LINKS

The Website may contain links to external websites.

A link does not necessarily constitute:

  • Endorsement;
  • Sponsorship;
  • Partnership;
  • Approval; or
  • Responsibility for the external website.

Lucido is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, security, or availability of third-party websites that Lucido does not control.

25. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

Lucido does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Website.

The Website may temporarily become unavailable because of:

  • Maintenance;
  • Updates;
  • Hosting problems;
  • Internet outages;
  • Cybersecurity incidents;
  • Third-party service interruptions;
  • Software errors;
  • Force majeure events; or
  • Other circumstances.

Lucido may perform maintenance or make changes without advance notice when reasonably necessary.

26. WEBSITE SECURITY

Lucido may implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect Website systems and information.

However, no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for taking reasonable precautions when using online services.

You must not attempt to defeat, test without authorization, disable, or interfere with Website security.

27. PRIVACY

Lucido’s collection and use of personal information through the Website will be described in a separate Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy should be reviewed together with these Terms.

Where required, consent to particular uses of personal information may be requested separately.

28. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

An accurate email address is mandatory for every appointment request. Appointment confirmations, appointment receipts, and job numbers are delivered by email only. Customers are responsible for checking the email address entered, their inbox, and their spam or junk folder. By providing contact information in connection with an estimate, booking, or service request, you authorize Lucido to communicate with you regarding that transaction through reasonable methods such as:

  • Email;
  • Telephone;
  • Website-generated communications.

Transactional communications may include:

  • Appointment confirmations;
  • Appointment reminders;
  • Estimate information;
  • Service updates;
  • Scheduling changes;
  • Payment information;
  • Receipts; and
  • Customer-support communications.

Consent to receive transactional messages does not automatically constitute consent to receive promotional marketing where separate consent is required by law.

29. ELECTRONIC AGREEMENTS

Where the Website asks you to check a box, press an acceptance button, provide an electronic signature, or otherwise affirmatively agree to specific terms, that action may constitute your electronic acceptance of the applicable agreement to the extent permitted by law.

Lucido may retain electronic records showing:

  • The terms presented;
  • Date and time of acceptance;
  • Applicable transaction;
  • Version of the policy;
  • Relevant account or booking information; and
  • Other reasonable evidence of consent.

30. COPYRIGHT OR INTELLECTUAL-PROPERTY COMPLAINTS

If you believe material displayed on the Website infringes rights that you own, you may contact Lucido at:

Email: Lucidoscardetailing@gmail.com

Your notice should identify:

  • The material at issue;
  • The rights you claim;
  • Where the material appears;
  • Your contact information; and
  • Sufficient information for Lucido to evaluate the request.

Lucido may remove or restrict disputed content while evaluating a legitimate complaint.

31. FRAUD AND ABUSE

Lucido may investigate transactions, bookings, submissions, or Website activity reasonably suspected of involving:

  • Fraud;
  • Unauthorized payment methods;
  • Identity misuse;
  • Repeated fake appointments;
  • Harassment;
  • Chargeback abuse;
  • Security attacks; or
  • Other unlawful or abusive conduct.

Lucido may cancel fraudulent bookings, restrict Website access, preserve relevant records, and cooperate with financial institutions, payment processors, insurers, attorneys, or lawful government requests as appropriate.

32. DISCLAIMER OF WEBSITE WARRANTIES

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

LUCIDO DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

  • THE WEBSITE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE;
  • EVERY WEBSITE FEATURE WILL OPERATE WITHOUT ERROR;
  • THIRD-PARTY DATA WILL ALWAYS BE ACCURATE;
  • AUTOMATIC VEHICLE CLASSIFICATIONS WILL ALWAYS BE CORRECT;
  • ADDRESS OR MAPPING DATA WILL ALWAYS BE PRECISE; OR
  • EVERY TECHNICAL ERROR WILL BE IDENTIFIED IMMEDIATELY.

THIS SECTION DOES NOT DISCLAIM WARRANTIES, RIGHTS, OR REMEDIES THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.

33. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR WEBSITE USE

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LUCIDO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING SOLELY FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE, INCLUDING LOSSES RESULTING FROM WEBSITE DOWNTIME OR THIRD-PARTY SYSTEM FAILURE, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.

34. SERVICE-RELATED LIABILITY

Website limitations are separate from responsibility arising from actual detailing services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to excuse Lucido from liability that applicable law imposes for Lucido’s negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, violation of law, or other responsibility that cannot lawfully be waived.

Claims involving actual vehicle damage or service performance will be evaluated based on:

  • The circumstances;
  • Vehicle condition;
  • Service documentation;
  • Customer disclosures;
  • Photographs where available;
  • Applicable insurance;
  • The parties’ communications; and
  • Applicable law.

35. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your own:

  • Unlawful use of the Website;
  • Fraudulent activity;
  • Material violation of these Terms;
  • Infringement of another person’s rights; or
  • Submission of content you had no legal right to submit.

This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify Lucido for Lucido’s own negligence, misconduct, or violation of law where such a requirement would be prohibited or unenforceable.

36. TERMINATION OR RESTRICTION OF WEBSITE ACCESS

Lucido may suspend or terminate access to some or all Website functions when reasonably necessary because of:

  • Fraud;
  • Security threats;
  • Material violations of these Terms;
  • Illegal activity;
  • Harassment;
  • Abuse of booking systems;
  • Attempts to damage Website infrastructure; or
  • Other significant misuse.

Where appropriate, Lucido may also cancel associated fraudulent or abusive bookings.

Sections that logically should continue after termination—including intellectual property, liability, dispute, and payment provisions—will survive to the extent applicable.

37. DISPUTES AND INFORMAL RESOLUTION

If a dispute arises involving the Website, an estimate, payment, booking, or Lucido service, Lucido encourages the customer to contact the company first so the matter can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved directly.

Contact:

Lucido Auto Detailing Email: Lucidoscardetailing@gmail.com Phone: (571) 758 - 9690 Location: Sterling, Virginia

Nothing in this section prevents either party from exercising rights or remedies available under applicable law.

38. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law or another law legally controls.

To the extent a dispute may lawfully be required to proceed in a particular jurisdiction, the parties agree that courts with appropriate jurisdiction serving Lucido’s Virginia business location may hear the dispute.

This provision does not deprive a consumer of any non-waivable legal right regarding jurisdiction or venue.

39. NO WAIVER OF CONSUMER RIGHTS

These Terms are intended to establish reasonable contractual rules and protections.

They are not intended to eliminate, restrict, or waive rights that cannot legally be waived under:

  • Virginia law;
  • Federal law; or
  • Other applicable consumer-protection laws.

If any provision conflicts with a mandatory legal right, applicable law controls to the extent of that conflict.

40. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Lucido may revise these Terms when reasonably necessary because of:

  • Changes to Website features;
  • Changes to services;
  • Changes to payment methods;
  • Operational changes;
  • Security requirements; or
  • Changes in applicable law.

The “Last Updated” date will identify the current published version.

Material changes applicable to an existing transaction will not retroactively change an already completed agreement where doing so would be unlawful.

Continued use of general Website features after revised Terms become effective may be governed by the updated Terms.

Where affirmative consent to revised Terms is legally or contractually required, Lucido will request that consent.

41. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent reasonably necessary, where permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

42. NO WAIVER

Lucido’s failure to immediately enforce a provision of these Terms does not automatically waive Lucido’s right to enforce that provision later.

A waiver regarding one circumstance does not necessarily constitute a waiver regarding another circumstance.

43. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with any policies or transaction-specific terms expressly incorporated into a customer’s transaction, constitute the agreement governing the applicable use of the Website.

Other policies may include:

  • Privacy Policy;
  • Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy;
  • Refund Policy;
  • Payment or Deposit Terms;
  • Vehicle Service Authorization; and
  • Other policies expressly presented to the customer.

If transaction-specific written terms conflict with these general Terms, the more specific terms will control for that particular transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
