I am Juan Jose Castillo Reyes, founder of Lucido Auto Detailing. I was born in El Salvador with a deep admiration for Italian culture and an early dream of becoming an Italian chef. When life brought me to the United States, that dream did not disappear—it evolved as every role, responsibility, and challenge gave me practical experience in service, leadership, and business.

My first opportunity in the United States came through an American-style restaurant, where I began as a host. That position became my first true education in customer service, teamwork, and daily operations. I learned that a business earns trust through consistency: how people are welcomed, how standards are maintained and how a team responds when the work becomes demanding.
I treated every responsibility as an opportunity to grow. With time, persistence and discipline, I advanced from host to food runner, from food runner to server, from server to shift leader, and eventually to assistant manager. Each step taught me something new—not only about completing a job, but about guiding people, protecting quality, solving problems, and accepting responsibility for the result.
The United States changed the scale of my ambitions. I arrived with a goal connected to a culinary career, but exposure to business and opportunity showed me a larger possibility. I no longer wanted only to grow within a company; I wanted to build one—something guided by my own standards, capable of serving people with care and creating opportunities for others.
That change required sacrifice. It meant adapting to a new country, working through long days, learning from difficult moments and continuing even when the next step was uncertain. Those experiences strengthened the courage, patience, and self-discipline that now form the foundation of Lucido.
On August 4, 2026, I founded Lucido Auto Detailing by bringing together the experience I had earned in the United States and the Italian influence that had inspired me since childhood. Its precision, presentation, and quiet sense of distinction became part of the company's identity—but Lucido's purpose remains practical: to provide honest, disciplined care that customers can see and trust.
Lucido is proof that a dream can change without losing its meaning. My path began with one vision and grew into business ownership. I hope this story reminds others that experience is never wasted, humble beginnings do not define the size of the future, and sacrifice—when joined with purpose—can become the foundation of something lasting.
